Shipping, exchanges and returns

What is the shipping time after an order?
All orders from the Netherlands and Belgium placed before 4:00 PM on a working day will be delivered the next day, depending on PostNL or DHL. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium will be delivered within 5 working days.

What are the shipping options?
We use the following carriers: PostNL and DHL.

My shipping address is incorrect, what now?
Please contact us directly with your correct address and order number. If possible, we will change your address before it is shipped. If it has already been shipped and the package is lost, there is no way we can process a refund or replacement. Please note that this is an error on your part, but we will do our best to help you.

What should I do if there is something wrong with the order I received?
Please contact us immediately and be sure to describe the problem. If you qualify, we will provide you with a returns address to return it to for an exchange or a refund.

Can I exchange my product?
Yes, but only for a watch of the same price and within 14 days. The watch you have purchased must also be in the original packaging when it arrives to us, without signs of wear or damage and in the original packaging (intact). Please contact us for shipping instructions. Once we receive the package, we will ship the requested product.

Can I return my product?
If you would like to return your order, we kindly request that you contact info@gulvin.nl. You will receive the return instructions you need within 24 hours. You can return your product up to 14 days after placing the order. All products you return must meet the return conditions. If: no signs of wear, all cards and accessories still present, packaging intact.


Which payment methods can I use?
You can safely use the following payment methods on our website: Ideal, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Sofort and Visa.

When can I expect my refund?
It may take 3-5 business days from the time you receive a refund confirmation. In all cases, please allow up to 7 working days. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form.


How can I make my watch shorter?
You can order a watch strap shortener via the website via the 'accessories' tab. The watch strap is placed in the tool kit (see photo 2) and then the push pin is pressed, which releases the watch strap. You can also choose to have the watch shortened at a (local) jeweler.

How can I loosen my watch strap?
The stainless steel strap of the Millions collection and the leather straps of both collections must be disconnected from the timepiece with a professional mounting tool. You can find these on the website under the 'accessories' tab.

Are the watches water resistant?
All our watches are water resistant to a certain depth, characterized by 3ATM and 5ATM. Check the specifications of each watch to see its water resistance level. Please note that the amount of water your watch can actually handle depends on its water resistance level. It does not mean that water resistant means that you can swim with your watch. You can possibly look up online what 3ATM and 5ATM actually mean.

How do I maintain my Gulvin watch?
Our watches require little maintenance. The watches are easy to clean without special cleaning tools. With the Millions collection, the battery needs to be replaced occasionally, as it is a Quarts timepiece.

The silicone strap is not sensitive to water, as the leather straps are. But just clean the silicone strap as you would clean other accessories.
Clean your leather strap without soap and only with a lukewarm, damp cloth. Write along with the scales. Allow the tire to air dry and, when the tire is completely dry, rub it with a special leather maintenance cream.

The automatic movement of the Luxury collection is completely reusable and repairable. This means that if the automatic movement stops and starts ticking again when moved, it can be repaired by an experienced watchmaker or repair shop near you.

How do you wind the automatic watch from the Luxury collection?
An automatic watch is a watch that has an integrated winding mechanism that works under the influence of the wearer's movements. You can wind the watch yourself by turning the crown. The crown is the button that is usually used to set the time correctly. Turn clockwise until you feel a certain tension, which is necessary for the watch to run. It takes some time to fully wind your watch (think 30-50 rotations). Your watch will then automatically wind by wearing or moving the watch. Manual winding is only necessary when your watch has completely stopped.
